There is no typical day; the weeks are organized according to current projects. What is true is that a certain number of tasks come up regularly, but I remain free to organize them as I think is the most optimal. 50% of the job is managing the team. It is an essential component in my job, to ensure that the team works in the best possible conditions and that the project moves forward, by setting the right milestones at the right time.
