In Lille, even if there are not many of us, we share offices between researchers so there is a good atmosphere. And lunch breaks are always everyone together, we often play a few games afterwards, and in the evening we regularly have afterwork. It creates a real team dynamic and for me, it's essential.

I have always had the flexibility to organize myself as I want, I warn in advance, but there is never an ounce of doubt, I am trusted, it is pleasant. The flexibility of being able to work from home when becoming a mother makes it possible to combine professional and personal life.

When I travel, I often make a short detour to see an example of a subway or tram, or to take photos of innovative pedestrian crossings... which earns me the mockery of my children!

A human-sized business is important. This allows you to be in direct contact with the Management, to be able to give your opinion on the functioning of the company. The organization is more flexible, more fluid, nothing is fixed.
