I came from an automotive engineering school but when I discovered the problem of transport infrastructure and traffic management, I wanted to reorient myself because I found it much more impacting for the future and sustainable development, with a social side that allows me to have an impact on the lives of everyday people. So I took a job as a research manager in transport modeling.
I work on numerous studies, all of which are extremely interesting because of their diversity. I am working on several studies at the same time and this is important for me, I would not have seen myself staying several weeks or even months on one and the same study. I have been with Explain for 2 years (first experience) and I am already starting to have my own projects, which is very stimulating and rewarding.
I joined Explain as an internship because the missions offered and their diversity attracted me. And the responsiveness of their response was decisive. The hiring process was really easy.
