The scenario selected was then thoroughgoing, in order to specify the strategic choices, the organization of flows and the arrangements necessary for the proper functioning of the station hub.
The last phase of the mission consisted of formalization of the reference diagram for the Val d'Europe cluster, a framework document intended to guide future development operations and public decisions.
