
With more than 600 km of existing cycle routes and a network in constant development, the Normandy Region wanted to structure its action around a unifying strategic document, ensuring coherence between regional, departmental and local policies.

With this mission, Explain confirms its role as a strategic partner of the Regions in planning and coordination of active mobility policies.
