The recommendations formulated made it possible to maintaining coherence between the different modes of travel, to anticipate future needs and to ensure a better link between urban planning and mobility.Explain's approach, which is both rigorous and pragmatic, has offered the community clear and well-reasoned decision support, facilitating the operational implementation of the project.
The mission conducted at Pellerin made it possible to integrate the challenges of mobility, safety and user comfort into the planning of the city center, reinforcing the overall coherence of the urban project.
